A Meaningful Life is a program for those who wish to stop and evaluate their focus in life. We offer retreats in exotic destinations worldwide, in peaceful environments to interiorize and learn tools to achieve balance and better, healthier life styles.

 

Length:

  • Day sessions or

  • 3 day/4 nights up to 5 day/4 night retreats

  • Sessions organized as defined blocks: yoga/meditation, life coaching, nutrition, socio-cultural exchanges

  • Time for self-reflection and socialization

Location:

  • Exotic destinations worldwide

  • Hotels / Farms / Boutique Hotels / Monasteries

  • Exclusivity and high quality

Span:

  • Single/Double occupancy (individual or shared rooms)

  • 2 or 3 meals a day, snacks and drinks included (smoothies, herbal infusions or tea)

  • Transportation to field trips for socio-cultural engagement included. Airport pickup and

    transportation to retreat venue available upon request

  • All coaching and lessons included

 

Daily programs will vary depending on the destination, but here’s an example of how a typical AML retreat day looks like:

  • 5:30am - Wake up and morning energizing herbal tea

  • 6:00am - Morning yoga session, sun salutation

  • 7:00am - Meditation session

  • 7:50am - Smoothie/infusion/fruits snack

  • 8:00am - Shower and get ready for a meaningful day!

  • 9:00am - Healthy breakfast by our expert cooks

  • 11:00am - Life coaching session

  • 1:00pm - Lunch and rest

  • 3:00pm - Visit social project or free time for self reflection or activities such as dances or short hikes

  • 5:30pm - Afternoon yoga & meditation sessions, or life coaching session

  • 7:30pm - Dinner/Nutrition session

  • 8:30pm - Open space for social bonding
